OUR COUPLES SHOOT IN MARRAKECH, MOROCCO

I shared over on my Instagram about a tradition Tim and I started a few years back. On our trip to Europe in 2017, we scheduled our first couples shoot with a local photographer. The photos were our favorite souvenir from the trip, hands down!

Since then, we do a couples shoot each time we travel internationally as a memento of our trip. We love having images of the two of us together in a new place and its such a fun way to capture the culture.

For our shoot in Marrakech, we were so lucky to find Malika and Faissal (@shootmyholiday over on Instagram). Meeting them was the highlight of our trip! They are such a sweet couple and hit it off right away.

To make it even sweeter, they shared our final images with us and we absolutely love them!  Check them out below and of course if you’re ever looking for a photographer in Marrakech, we would highly recommend checking out their page.

What do you think? We had so much fun shooting at our Riad (Le Riad Yasmine), exploring the streets and alleyways of Marrakech, and visiting Koutoubia mosque for these shots. We just wandered around for an hour stopping wherever we were inspired!

Now its time to get our favorites printed and fill the IKEA frames that have been hanging on Tim and I’s bedroom wall for months now. I just can’t choose favorites though, so let me know what you think in the comments below! 🙂

Wow, the photos are incredible…beautiful people in an amazing setting! The thing that makes an impression on me are the rich colors and of course, the ornate patterns on the tiles and buildings. It would be tough to pick a favorite!
