BLANKYC Suede Moto | Forever 21 CardiganCelebrity Pink Riding Boot– Grabbed these for $15 in store!! | Emilie M. Kata Tote |

I’ve been on the hunt for some good fall basics recently so I’m super excited for the great sales this weekend. Its the perfect time to grab the things you’ve had your eye on while its at a discount. Even better, you can do it from the comfort of your own bed!  I’ve rounded up some of the items I am pulling the plug on this weekend and also a few things I to purchase in the future- Like this BLANKNYC Moto jacket!

I don’t know why but I feel the need to add in a personal disclaimer here. Posts like these have a tendency to add pressure to shop and I don’t want my post to have that affect at all! I see holiday sales, like Labor Day weekend, as a time to purchase the things you have been saving for. The discount is an added benefit 🙂 I would strongly encourage you not to shop just to shop! There’s nothing worse than regretting a purchase or feeling guilty for spending money you don’t “technically” have. If now isn’t the best time to buy, start making a list of the things you love and prioritizing it so when the time is right, you can jump on a future sale.

Great advice about shopping and saving. I tend to go in search of what I need (recently a pair of shorts) and end up buying something that is cute and not what I need at the moment…and usually from the new season, as in, not a sale price (recently a winter dress while shopping for those shorts.) I LOVE those riding boots…really $15? And I love that suede jacket!

Me too! I’m so easily distracted when it comes to shopping 🙂 Then I fill my closet with a ton of trendy items and no good basics which makes it very difficult to get ready in the morning.
Great find on the boots with an extra 50% off of the sale price! And I’m still saving for the suede jacket but soon lol
